Digging through my memories,
A little bitter and a little sweet.
I find my worn-out diaries,
A little yellow and a little neat.
I run my hand over the pages,
A little bump and a little sleek.
To find my life through passages,
A little strong and a little weak.
good one :)

ReplyDeleteWhen I write poems, I concentrate on rhyming the words, I am still a kid when it comes to writing poems, hence I don't write much, fearing it will lose the essence of the thought behind it. But, now that I know that it doesn't, I might write more of these. Thanks Saru. :)
